About the Role

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Building & Construction operations across Regional South Australia.

Reporting to the Executive Business Unit Manager, you'll work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to keep projects running safely, efficiently and commercially. You'll provide leadership across a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects while supporting business growth, developing your team and building strong relationships with clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence how projects are delivered, mentor future leaders and play an important part in the ongoing success of the business.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support Project Managers and project delivery teams.
• Drive project performance, commercial outcomes and resource planning.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, forecasting and project reporting.
• Coach and develop future leaders within the business.
• Support business development and identify new opportunities.
• Promote a strong safety culture
• Help drive continuous improvement across the Regional SA business.
• Responsible for regional facilities, plant and equipment
