About the Role

Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates across a range of roofing, cladding and facade projects.

Working closely with clients, suppliers and project delivery teams, you will play a key role in securing future work and supporting successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for roofing, cladding and facade projects
• Review project documentation, drawings and specifications
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Develop pricing strategies and construction methodologies
• Identify project risks, opportunities and value engineering initiatives
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders throughout the tender process
• Assist with project handovers to delivery teams
• Support continuous improvement of estimating systems and processes

What You'll Bring

• 5–10+ years' experience within roofing, cladding, facades or commercial construction
• Trade background in Roof Plumbing, Carpentry, Cladding Installation or similar highly regarded
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing and cladding systems
• Experience interpreting architectural and construction drawings
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Estimating experience highly regarded; however, training can be provided for the right candidate with strong industry experience
