About the Opportunity

As a Graduate, you will gain exposure across a variety of projects and disciplines, working alongside experienced teams in site-based and project environments across South Australia.

We are recruiting across the following disciplines:

• Building & Construction: Construction Management
• Civil & Infrastructure: Civil Engineering
• Engineering & Projects: Civil and Mechanical Engineering
• Environmental Services: Civil, Structural, Environmental Engineering and Construction Management

You will complete structured rotations including project/site opportunities, gaining exposure to delivery, safety, commercial and engineering functions.

What You’ll Do

• Support project teams in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes
• Assist with planning, reporting, estimating and tendering activities
• Participate in safety, quality and compliance processes
• Contribute to project performance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build strong relationships across teams, projects and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Final year students or recent graduates in Engineering or Construction-related disciplines
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Interest in site-based work and project delivery
• Current driver’s licence and ability to work across SA project sites
