McMahon Services is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our internal Application Development team.

About the Role

This role will work across backend services, APIs, databases and front-end applications, contributing to the delivery of modern business systems and integrations.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, helping shape technical solutions while contributing to architecture, design and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is not a one-project role, there is a strong pipeline of future initiatives across business systems, reporting, integrations and AI-enabled solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Build end-to-end software solutions across backend services, APIs and Angular front-end applications
• Develop and maintain integrations with ERP and business systems
• Work directly with stakeholders to shape and refine solutions
• Contribute to technical architecture and platform improvement initiatives
• Design and optimise relational databases and reporting data structures
• Participate in iterative delivery, testing and continuous improvement activities
• Contribute to AI-assisted development and modern engineering practices

What You’ll Bring

• Commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer (Intermediate or Senior level)
• Strong C# /.NET capability building APIs and backend services
• Experience with relational databases and SQL Server
• Front-end development experience using Angular or similar SPA frameworks
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work autonomously and solve complex problems

What Will Set You Apart

• Azure experience including App Services, Functions and DevOps
• Experience integrating with ERP systems (Pronto, SAP, Dynamics or similar)
• Exposure to AI/LLM technologies and AI-assisted development workflows
• Experience with distributed systems, workflow orchestration or observability tooling
