ASURCO Roofing & Cladding, part of the McMahon Services family, is seeking a qualified Carpenter to join the team based in Adelaide.

This role is a hands-on opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to deliver high-quality roofing and cladding works across a variety of commercial construction projects.

About the Role

This role will see you working across metro and regional South Australian projects, delivering roofing and cladding carpentry works to a high standard. You’ll contribute to project outcomes while working within a supportive and safety-focused team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out carpentry works across commercial roofing and cladding projects
• Read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications
• Install, construct and repair structures and cladding systems
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard of quality and safety
• Coordinate with supervisors, trades and subcontractors on-site
• Maintain tools, equipment and a clean, organised work environment
• Contribute to a strong safety culture and comply with all site requirements
• Identify and communicate improvements and on-site issues

What You’ll Bring

• Trade-qualified Carpenter with relevant certifications
• Current driver’s licence and White Card
• Proven experience in commercial construction, ideally roofing and cladding
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good understanding of safety standards and construction practices
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to travel to regional SA projects when required
