ASURCO Roofing & Cladding, a member of the McMahon Services family, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team, delivering commercial roofing and cladding projects across South Australia.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from contract award through to completion, working within a collaborative and delivery-focused environment with strong systems and experienced teams.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of commercial roofing and cladding packages across a range of construction projects. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects from planning through to completion, ensuring scope, time and budget requirements are met
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, cost control and reporting
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and company systems
• Build strong relationships with clients, builders and internal teams
• Provide clear and timely project updates to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects, ideally within roofing and cladding
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site delivery
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts and project performance
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems
