About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating the implementation and administration of the contractual and financial processes for projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager providing commercial and contractual support while helping drive accuracy and efficiency across the project delivery team. This position offers the opportunity to gain exposure on dynamic projects across the Northern Territory and have a tangible impact on project outcomes.

What You Will Do:

  • Be a key member of the project leadership team
  • Manage the commercial and administrative functions of the project
  • Play an integral role in procurement, claims, forecasting and reporting on project outcomes
  • Implement and maintain systems and procedures for continuous improvement
  • Maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry within a Contract Administration role
  • Strong understanding of project management and best practice
  • Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of contract tasks including, financial and technical 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications such as construction management, Business, Law or related degree
