McMahon Services is seeking an experienced Lead Proposals Coordinator to join our Strategic Customer Development team.

This role is responsible for leading the coordination and development of high-quality tender submissions, ensuring consistency, accuracy and strong alignment to our brand and client expectations.

About the Role

This role plays a key part in supporting national tendering activities across multiple customer streams, working closely with operational and leadership teams to deliver compelling, high-quality submissions.

You will contribute to both the coordination and content development of proposals, ensuring submissions are aligned, professional and positioned to win.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end tender submissions, including formatting, compilation and final review
• Develop and refine high-quality written content aligned to client requirements and brand standards
• Maintain and improve the tender content library and supporting documentation
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple business units

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in a tendering, proposals or marketing coordination role
• Strong written communication and content development skills
• High attention to detail with strong proofreading capability
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and document formatting
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
