We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact industrial, remediation, demolition and infrastructure projects from planning through to successful delivery.
This senior leadership role will see you drive safe, efficient and commercially successful outcomes while building strong relationships with clients, regulators, subcontractors and internal project teams.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of complex industrial, remediation, demolition and infrastructure projects. As Project Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of work, leading projects from planning through to completion while ensuring contractual, environmental and regulatory requirements are met.
Based from our East Rockingham office, this permanent full-time role will involve travel to project sites as required. Working closely with clients, regulators, subcontractors and internal teams, you will drive project performance, manage stakeholder expectations and deliver strong operational and commercial outcomes.
What You'll Lead
- End-to-end project delivery across scope, budget, schedule and performance
- Development of project methodologies, risk assessments and delivery plans
- Commercial outcomes including forecasting, procurement and contract management
- Management of project resources, subcontractors and site teams
- WHSEQ performance and regulatory compliance across all project activities
- Stakeholder engagement across clients, regulators and project partners
- Project reporting, governance, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identification and management of project risks and opportunities
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience delivering complex industrial, remediation, infrastructure, demolition or major civil projects
- Strong project management capability across planning, delivery and commercial management
- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of WHSEQ requirements and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in complex environments
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience delivering industrial, remediation or heavy civil projects in complex environments
- Experience working within highly regulated industries including energy, resources or government sectors
- Strong commercial and contract management capability across multi-disciplinary projects
- Experience managing brownfield, shutdown, demolition or asset transition projects
