McMahon Services is seeking a Regional Supervisor to support the delivery of building and construction projects across Port Pirie and surrounding regions.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear development pathway, working closely with an experienced leader and being supported to progressively step into broader responsibilities over time.

About the Role

Based in Port Pirie, you will support site delivery across a range of commercial and building projects, throughout regional South Australia, with work extending to various regional locations.

This role is ideal for someone looking to step up in their career, with the opportunity to be mentored and developed into a key regional leadership position.

What You’ll Do

• Support and lead site delivery across regional projects
• Assist with scoping, estimating and project planning activities
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors and resources on-site
• Work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects safely and efficiently
• Monitor progress and contribute to reporting and cost control
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and teams
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and environmental standards

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in construction or building projects
• Experience with scoping and/or estimating (highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of construction site operations
• Ability to read and interpret plans and documentation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Current driver’s licence and White Card
• Willingness to work regionally and travel when required
