About the Role

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the NT office. You'll be responsible for general administrative tasks, coordinating travel and communications, and assisting the wider team with day-to-day support. You’ll also have the opportunity to build valuable skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office and provide professional first point of contact 
  • Manage incoming calls and enquiries
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and related bookings
  • Order and maintain office supplies, including stationery and staff amenities 
  • Keep office areas neat and organised, including meetings rooms and kitchen spaces
  • Assist with creating posters, invitations, and other internal communications content
  • Support the delivery of company events and office activities 
  • Monitor and manage the administration inbox, ensuring timely responses and actioning of requests
  • Raise purchase orders for supplier payment and assist with basic procurement tasks as required 

What You Will Bring:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional approach when dealing with clients and team members
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a busy environment 
  • Good computer skills and confidence in learning new systems, processes and software as required
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
