McMahon Services is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Senior Finance Administrator to join our Civil & Infrastructure team.

About the Role

This role acts as a central financial support resource across project teams, assisting with invoicing, receipting, progress claims, reconciliation and procurement compliance.

You will work closely with project and commercial teams, building your capability across financial processes, systems and project environments.

What You’ll Do

• Support progress claims, invoicing and financial tracking across projects
• Assist with accounts receivable and payable processes and queries
• Monitor debtor processes and support payment follow-ups
• Assist with bank guarantee tracking and contract compliance
• Support month-end reporting and financial processes
• Maintain financial registers, trackers and system data accuracy
• Promote compliance with procurement policies and financial controls

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years’ experience in a finance, accounting or project support role
• Understanding of AR/AP and financial administration processes
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Pronto, SAP, Oracle) (desirable)
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
