McMahon Services is seeking a commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our Queensland Civil & Infrastructure team.

This role is responsible for managing key customer relationships, developing pipeline and supporting strategic growth across a diverse portfolio of works.

About the Role

This role is a key part of the Queensland Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the General Manager to strengthen customer relationships, drive pipeline development and position the business for long-term success.

You will lead customer engagement across Civil & Infrastructure works, including demolition, remediation, asbestos and defence opportunities, while supporting tender strategy and identifying growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow key customer relationships across Queensland
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of Civil & Infrastructure opportunities
• Lead customer engagement strategies and build long-term partnerships
• Support tender strategy, win themes and customer alignment
• Represent the business at industry events, meetings and site visits
• Collaborate with estimating, bid and marketing teams to align strategy
• Maintain pre-qualifications, licences and customer engagement plans
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in customer relationship management, business development or similar roles within construction
• Strong network across Tier 1 contractors, consultants and suppliers
• Understanding of civil construction processes and commercial frameworks
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to influence outcomes and drive long-term growth
