McMahon Services is seeking an experienced Construction Manager - Major Projects NT to lead the delivery of complex, high-value projects. This is a senior, site-based leadership role responsible for driving construction performance, productivity, safety and commercial outcomes across major works in the Northern Territory.

About the Role

This role is accountable for leading construction delivery across major projects, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently and in line with program and commercial objectives.

You will take a hands-on leadership approach across site operations, driving performance across multidisciplinary teams and working closely with Project Directors and commercial teams to achieve delivery outcomes.

This is a Northern Territory-based role requiring relocation, with opportunities across both current and future major projects.

What You’ll Lead

• Construction delivery across major projects including productivity, sequencing and execution
• Site performance across safety, program, quality and cost outcomes
• Workforce planning, resourcing and subcontractor management
• Coordination across engineering, project and commercial teams
• Implementation of construction methodologies and delivery strategies
• Commercial performance support including cost control and forecasting
• Stakeholder engagement across clients, contractors and regulators
• Visible safety leadership and WHSEQ performance across all activities

What You’ll Bring

• 10–15+ years’ experience in major civil/infrastructure construction
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale projects ($100M+)
• Strong background in site-based delivery and construction methodologies
• Experience managing large workforces and subcontractor environments
• Strong commercial awareness with exposure to cost control and project performance
• Ability to lead teams and drive productivity across complex site environments
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Engineering, Construction or similar)
• Willingness to work site-based in the Northern Territory
