We are seeking multiple experienced Demolition Operators to join our growing NSW team and help deliver a range of industrial, commercial, and complex demolition projects.

About the Role

Reporting to Site Supervisors and Project Managers, you will work across demolition projects throughout Metro and Regional NSW, operating demolition equipment across industrial, commercial, and high-risk environments.

Working alongside experienced site teams, you will help maintain safe and productive site operations while delivering high-quality outcomes across all project activities.

What You’ll Do

• Operate demolition excavators and associated plant safely and efficiently
• Carry out demolition works in line with project requirements and SafeWork NSW standards
• Complete pre-starts, daily maintenance inspections, and equipment upkeep
• Work closely with supervisors and site crews to execute demolition activities safely
• Support general demolition activities including oxy cutting and asbestos-related works where required
• Maintain strong safety, environmental, and quality standards across all site activities

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating within the demolition industry
• Experience on industrial or complex demolition projects highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience operating demolition excavators ranging from 20T to 50T
• VOCs and Certificates of Attainment relevant to demolition plant and equipment
• SafeWork NSW Demolition Course
• Current White Card and Driver’s Licence
• Ability to work across Metro and Regional NSW project locations where required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to obtain required Defence and site clearances
