Operations Administrator
- Adelaide, SA, Australia
- Full time
McMahon Services is looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our Yard Operations team at Dry Creek.
This isn’t your typical administration role.
You’ll be right in the middle of a busy operational environment, supporting everything from invoicing, timesheets and purchase orders through to plant and vehicle records, training, onboarding, supplier administration and general day-to-day operations.
You’ll work closely with our Yard, Workshop, Fabrication, Stores and operational teams, helping make sure the details are taken care of and things keep moving.
There’s plenty of variety, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys being busy, can juggle different priorities and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, chase something up or jump in and help when needed.
