We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead project delivery at BHP Olympic Dam. This is a key operational leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple work fronts, supporting Indigenous Supervisors and crews, and ensuring safety, schedule and quality commitments are consistently achieved.

About the Opportunity
Reporting to senior operational leadership, you will provide day-to-day leadership across contracted scopes of work at Olympic Dam. You’ll work closely with BHP stakeholders and Intract Supervisors, coordinating labour, plant and materials while driving safety, productivity and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead safe, high-quality delivery of work across multiple project areas
- Drive a strong safety culture aligned with BHP and Intract requirements
- Mentor and develop Indigenous Supervisors and work crews
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
- Engage daily with BHP stakeholders and participate in planning meetings
- Monitor progress, productivity and cost performance
- Complete daily and weekly reporting and support commercial documentation
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Superintendent or Senior Supervisor in industrial solutions, mining or heavy industry
- Strong safety leadership and risk management capability
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts in high-performance environments
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with Indigenous workforces (highly regarded)
- Exposure to BHP systems and processes (advantageous)
- Current driver’s licence and ability to meet site access requirements
